Something not working? Write to us.

One inbox, read by the people who build agenthost. No ticket number, no chatbot, no tier you have to pay for.

We answer during Swedish business hours, usually the same day. Tell us the app’s address or name and roughly what you asked your agent to do — that’s almost always enough for us to find the deploy and see what happened.

Most of the time, this is quicker.

Four pages cover nearly everything people write in about. Your agent can read them too — paste the link into your chat and ask it to fix the thing it describes.

The pages people ask about.

Connecting, domains, privacy, teammates and what things cost — the parts of the docs that answer a question rather than describe a system.

Everything else lives in the documentation — including the deploy reference and the full tool reference, both written for your agent to read.

Before you write.

My app was working and now it isn't.

Ask your agent for the logs first — nine times out of ten the app says exactly what went wrong as it starts. Send us that output and we can skip straight to the fix.

I think I've been charged wrong.

Write to us with the invoice number. Billing questions go to the same inbox, and what counts as a site versus an app is the usual culprit.

Is something down, or is it just me?

If agenthost itself is having a bad day, say so in the email — we’d rather hear it twice than not at all.

I want to delete my account and everything on it.

Ask, and we’ll do it. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long we hold it.
